Perception - is the way your brain processes information from the outside world through your five senses. It is done automatically without you becoming overwhelmed by the abundance of stimuli. However, your perception could become more positive or negative depending on your physical circumstances, genetic traits and past experiences.
Beliefs - are an acceptance that something exists or true, even without actual real evidence. Beliefs are stable and often unconscious assumptions that we make about ourselves, other people and the world. Sometimes we can consciously think about our beliefs and question whether they are rational or valid, but we do not do this often enough. Therefore, our beliefs influence our attitudes, thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
Attitudes - are positive or negative summary evaluations of objects, people, groups, issues or concepts coming from past experiences. Attitudes are comprised of sets of: beliefs, emotions, behaviors and thoughts which function mostly unconsciously. Moreover, how quickly an attitude comes to mind is known as attitude strength and the better your awareness, the better your chances of controlling an attitude in the present.
Are you trying to create results in your life and it is not working?

Life Purpose - is the deepest expression of our soul's gifts in the physical world to move the whole creation forward. Our biggest desires originate deep within us, which we strive to execute while feeling tremendous bliss and fulfillment.
Purpose can be big or small, it really depends on your genetics, age, life experiences as well as current perception of reality. Purpose changes as we move through life, and this changes our priorities which we view as goals. Sometimes we use the word success to measure the level of satisfaction we derive from living our purpose across all of it's domains.
In 1959 Earl Nightingale coined a phrase: "Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal".
The question is - What is your worthy ideal?
It is something that you are willing to trade your life for over a long period of time. Therefore, as Bob Proctor would say: "The ideal must be worthy of me, because i am going to trade my life for it".
It is important to understand that you must be the origin of the worthy ideal. Copying others will not produce your own purpose, but it may provide you with possible ideas of what it might be.
Instead of looking at purpose as something you need to choose and follow for the rest of your life. Look at purpose as a young child that slowly learns more and thus wants to experience more in any order he or she sees fit.
Therefore, it's normal to change direction in life and try bigger things as you get older. The key is to develop a connection between your soul and your mind so that you always chart the right course for your own self.
If you need help determining your life's purpose i can certainly help you with that through one-on-one coaching. For more information please see the bottom of this page.

Thoughts - carry the link between image and its attributes. The unity of an object's image and it's attributes is thought.
The purpose of thought is to provide the brain with information about environment and to build adaptive behaviour in order to survive. In neuroscience it is accepted that thoughts get created when multiple neurons fire at the same time.
Furthermore, thoughts can be positive, negative or neutral and may occur as patterns of multiple thoughts stringed together. A decade ago it was believed that humans had anywhere from 55 000-70 000 thoughts per day, but a Canadian study from Queen's University in 2020 found out that the actual number is between 6000 - 6200.
It is without question that thoughts have an incredible impact on our lives and learning how to control them is essential for everyone. Many individuals experience anxiety, stress and depression which leads to overall negativity and makes life difficult.
I myself went through anxiety, stress, worry and depression, so i do understand people who experience these conditions. Moreover, I overcame my negative thoughts and have learned how to replace them with positive ones.
Learning to manage my thoughts was not easy, but I read books, developed high mental awareness and created some of my own principles to help me manage thoughts.
If you need help with managing thoughts then i can definitely help you with this problem through one-to-one coaching. You can find out more information about my services at the bottom of this page.

Productivity - is not about getting more things done, it is about getting the right things done. Furthermore, It's about starting each day with clarity and ending with a sense of satisfaction, accomplishment and energy to spare. If you want to get more done then you must remove low-impact activities and replace them with high-impact activities.
Stress Management - consists of neutralizing negative impacts of environment, people and activities on your mental and physical states through the use of relaxation techniques as well as mental principles. The key to effective stress management involves developing a greater awareness of when you are going out of balance and what specific actions to take in order to rebalance yourself. The more freedom and knowledge you have, the better you can structure your day to be productive and less stressed.
Habits - are automatic decisions and actions you perform everyday. According to researchers at Duke University, habits account for about 40-45% of your daily life. A lot of people look at habits as positive or negative, but to the brain there is no difference, if you do any action often enough it will become a habit. Moreover, according to James Clear the author of Atomic Habits, the best way to change habits is by focusing on your identity first, processes second and outcomes third.
Procrastination - is the voluntary delay of an intended action despite the knowledge that this delay may harm the individual in the now or in a long-term. Procrastination can be conscious or unconscious depending on how deeply it is integrated into the person's brain.
The problem for most people is that procrastination is a habitual response to tasks or situations, and like all habits a nonconscious process. It is essential for people to recognize and accept their procrastination problem first, and then try to solve it in small steps without overwhelming themselves.
If you are stuck in any above areas then I can help you to get better through online one-on-one coaching. Please see the bottom of this page for more information on available coaching packages.
5.
Emotions - are your brain's creation of what your bodily sensations mean in relation to what is going on around you.
According to Lisa Feldman a neuroscientist, emotions are not reactions to the world but are complex predictions generated by your brain. You are not a passive receiver of sensory input but an active constructor of your emotions.
Humans have developed emotions because it helped us survive in new and reoccurring circumstances. Moreover, emotion no matter how intense all have a natural life span.
If you observe yourself carefully, you will notice that emotions tend to work life waves. They rise, crest and recede within a limited amount of time. Seeing emotions as waves can help you wait out, rather then react irrationally to uncertain situations.
Are you too emotional sometimes?
Do you swim in past emotional trauma?

If so, then I can help you with all the above. Schedule a free consultation at the bottom of this page to get started.
