About Me
When i was 12.5 years old my parents immigrated to Canada from Russia. That is how I ended up learning English as well as earning a degree in Business Administration from the University of Guelph.
My desire to learn why people do what they do first appeared when i was 7 years old. It was adult behavior that did not make sense to me. For example, why do people drink alcohol just to feel like shit later on. (My brain would see it as stupidity). Or....why do couples get married just to be divorced 3 years later? (Again, i would see it as stupidity).
Of course I was a kid, so i did not understand the complexities of human life at that time. This curiosity is what later sparked my interest in Personal Development when i was 19 years old.
In the first year of college my dad gave me a book written by Dale Carnegie a very popular self-improvement author at the beginning of the 20th century. This book contained 3 of his main works which ignited my journey towards becoming a better person.

Since then, I have read over 200 books, watched endless amounts of YouTube videos and even developed my own principles.
Of course, my life was not easy and I always had stress coming from family, job or the inability to understand the world around me.
This led to suffering a mild depression in 2010 and a severe depression in 2015.
How did I fix it? Well, I had to learn a lot more about myself as well as the world around me. And, it was clear that I had to adapt as I live, because it was the only way to a happier life.
This path has led me to creating my first course about managing stress. This "Stress Savior" course is FREE and it consists of 10 TIPS which you can implement to feel better.
Furthermore, the creation of this course got me thinking of offering consultations to help people reduce stress, increase productivity and move forward in life.
